(Apologies for cross-postings)

To whom it may concern -

The Bioenergy Future Group is organizing a two-day bioenergy workshop
in Hangzhou, China on
July 7th and 8th. We would like to extend our warm invitation to any
company, research/
engineering group, etc. to display information regarding their
product/research/technology during
the mini-expo on the 8th.

We are looking for two types of exhibitors: 1) Those who will actually
come to Hangzhou to
exhibit; 2) Those who would like to send in appropriate PR material to be
made available for the
variety of audience members that will be present.

The Workshop involves local Chinese researchers and government related
project developers/
designers who are currently implementing or researching ways to promote
modern bioenergy.
However, it is equally important that we address issues of environmental
stewardship and
sustainable land usage. These issues will also be key topics to be
discussed on the 7th when the
presentations and panel will be convened. Presentation topics include
innovative technology from
pyrolysis-based charcoal to hydrogen from biogas and low-end, low-cost
technology for efficient
rice straw combustion to practical issues of land use policy and politics
in China.

Audience will include students, researchers, government related
personnel, and general public.

As we are a non-profit organization, we cannot, at this point, offer
any financial aid. As flying to
China with materials may prove to be costly, the second exhibt option may
be more attractive for
those who cannot come here directly.

If you are interested in the second option, please send an email to
accstaff at accstrategy.org to
discuss registration fees and the content of your materials for exhibit.
Registration fees will be
lower than that of direct participants (will also depend on the quantity of
materials) but regardless,
we will guarantee that your materials will be given appropriate space and
attention.

Those who would like to attend the event and exhibit, please visit
http://www.accstrategy.org/
workshop05.htm and download the registration form.

Space is limited and we urge you to apply as soon as possible. Deadline
for both types of
exhibitions is June 15th. Thank you all for your time and consideration.
Looking forward to hear
from you.

Best regards,
Edward Y. Sumoto
