[Bioconversion] Fluorescent Bulb Cooler/Condenser

Besides the mercury dose you'll take when you open the bulb, the
fluorescent paint on the inside is toxic enough that extra special
care is recommended when picking up pieces of broken fluorescent bulb,
so as not to cut yourself. I don't think this is a material you want
to heat up to any degree.
