Paul mentioned visiting the farm a couple years ago and it is a little
rough--but give me 20 more years.  I don't think Paul saw the larger cabin,
but there are pictures on www.thewinonafarm.com.  When driving semi coast to
coast, 20 years ago, we rented to tourists, although that wasn't the
original intention for the 2 cabins.  I like the saying, "Being a tourist is
like having an affair with a prostitute".  I prefer visitors whose projects
or obsessions have brought them to these lists--who might have suggestions
or see something here of interest.  With another group I'm interested in, I
offered the cabins for no charge.  Not as many came as I expected and some
suggested I charge $10 a night, for an individual or family and that didn't
seem to make much difference. It did make them feel they were making a
contribution and cover the expenses.  Some families have visited many times
and the Dads enjoy helping and exploring the farm and area.  If you live
nearby or are passing through on I-90, just stop in or call and tell me you
