When I used my carbon electric torch, submerged in water, the container
was just a half gallon plastic bucket and it did not get as hot as I
thought it might. So that's why, later, I built the submerged plasma arc
reactor out of PVC pipe. I do have a SS line around the arc area. Also,
1/2 hp pump to circulate the feadstock. This also helps to increase eff.
by removing the gas bubbles.  No idea when I will have the time to test
run it. Maybe five years from now.
