I have tabulated the 'burning' April biomass news and it is available
on my website. The summary of bioscience, bioprojects and biopolicy

While there is some resistance to change, for the most part the
biomass energy project excitement continues to explode. Bioproject
proposals in April, accounted for 40%. The projects that were in
pre-construction planning accounted for 26% of the projects. The
remaining third were projects that were under construction or
operation.
