[Digestion] Sources for Courses, Workshops, Learning Opportunities?

Hello,

   I'm interested in learning more about biogas. I've visited a number of 
digesters in India, Brazil, and through Grupo Fenix (www.grupofenix.org) was 
involved in helping to raise funds to install a few small digesters in 
Nicaragua (although I wasn't involved in the installations).
   I've noticed searching on-line that courses and workshops seem to be 
almost non-existent or at least far and few in between . I'm curious if 
anyone knows of any upcoming courses or workshops or general learning 
opportunities where one can learn more about the technology & how it works. 
(I live in the Eastern U.S. but may be able to travel depending on the 
opportunity).
