[Digestion] Anaerobic levels shrimp lagoons

Does anybody in Latinamerica (even better if it's in Mercosur's area) 
knows where to make analysis on lagoon anaerobic levels? There are a few 
shrimp producers in the area, and they need this kind of info. Also, if 
possible, any info about methodology for sample collection and analysis.
