Dear All,
I am planning for a AD plant for the treatment of fishery wastewater which
primarily contains Myofibriller proteins , sorbitol and some sugars .
I would like to know if anybody has any experience of anaerobic digestion
on similar wastewaters. 
I would be thankful if I you could share data/information/experience ,
