[Digestion] Large scale urban digesters and Nisargruna

Dear Paul,
the word Nisargruna literally means what we owe to nature. The part about
paying it back is not the true meaning of the word but what Dr. Kale feels
should be done. It is the name given by Dr. Kale to his biogas system, which
consists of a two phase fermenter, developed for treating urban domestic
waste.
