There is a need to develop suitable model for treatment of MSW using
anaerobic treatment with the recovery of biogas. We have experience in
installing one such plant for 20 MT MSW with biogas recovery and power
generation from the same. There are smaller installations varying from 100
kg/day to 2mt pr day. In most cases the use of biogas is in cooking
applicatons

Dear all,
We (project team of sandec: www.sandec) are conducting a study on the
potential of biogas technology for municipal solid waste (MSW) treatment in
developing countries.
The focus is put on running biogas plants (at least on a pilot scale basis)
in developing countries that mainly use organic solid waste (kitchen waste
(food waste), agricultural waste, coffee pulp etc.).
We are interessted in case studies or further contact adresses! Thanks for
your reply Christian M?ller
