[Digestion] Costs and times of operation

I have a farm with 1005 dairy cows and I'm going to build a plug-flow  
digester. I've recolect information about with type and which size we  
need in the farm, but there is no information about the cost of  
operation and the time of construction.

I need this to make a forecast worksheet of costs and the ROI of the  
project. It is a farm in México, so the costs of the people in hours  
are less than in the US.

Can anybody has any information about that?
