[Digestion] How do make the methane usable?

I've been reading a lot on the construction, feeding, and sludge removal from anaerobic digesters. I know the fuel will rise, but how do I get it pressurized enough to be useful? I've seen the simple tester models that show collecting it in a rubberized container, then putting a cement block on the rubberized container to pressurize the fuel whenever you want to use it. That's fine for a temporary situation, but I'm looking a more viable long-term solution. I want to start with using the fuel for cooking, but eventually expand it's use to supplemental water heating and house heating.

  Any suggestions will be appreciated.
