[Digestion] Best facilities

I would be greatful to know your opinions of the best anaerobic
digestion facilities that are operating on food waste rich feedstocks.
Also I would be interested to know what you see as the next stage in
anaerobic digestion based technology?
 
Personally I would like to know your views whether a UASB based system
such as ArrowBio would be suitable for a food waste rich feedstock, to
increase gas yields using a water based preprocessing step for solid
food wastes.
