Just thinking out loud, is anyone familiar with any
experiments where rainwater runoff from a building(s)
is being used to scrub the CO2 from biogas? Seems like
the falling water could also drive a compressor.

Make biogas when it's sunny, clean it and compress it
when it's raining.
