[Digestion] Plug-flow digester_animal production slurry_investment figures

Dear List,

 

I´m trying to learn with practical examples of farm scale anaerobic digestion systems based on plug-flow reactors, to compare their technical and economical performances with other AD system solutions. 

Because it is possible also to develop this systems with heating devices, to cover winter periods (where it's needed), I imagine there are different design possibilities (low and high cost).  I also imagine that many of these systems were set up in regions with different climatic and livestock production characteristics , so probably AD performance is greatly influenced specially for the systems without heating devices.  

 

Although, I don't have updated and reliable information about investments and running costs. 

 

Therefore I would be very thankful if you could share some of your practical experience and help me to figure out these economical information (even if it is a rule of thumb).
