[Digestion] AD manufacturers in the USA

Dear list,

I am involved in a project in California that will treat approximately 
1,000 tonnes per annum of food waste from restaurants, etc together with 
grass clippings and other green waste. At least at fist sight, I feel 
that co-digesting both waste streams seems feasible. I am trying to find 
some AD system manufacturers that could provide such a system and some 
case studies of co-digestion in the states.

I am aware also that in the UK, Animal By-Product regulations impose 
certain restrictions on using the digestate as fertiliser, is there 
anything similar to that in the USA/California?
