[Digestion] biodigester construction in Bolivia (Video)

Hi. i will try to explain some things about these biodigesters (i am from Spain and my English is not as good as i would like, sorry)

the raw material is fresh cow manure. some times the family mix it with sheep manure or pig.But The principal material is cow manure.
This biodigesters are design for to be load with 20kg of fresh cow manure and 60 liters of water. The retention time is about 75 days. And the biogas production is estimated on 700-750 liters of biogas. this amount of biogas is enough for 4-5 hour of cooking. Also they can use a gas for light with a gas lamp.

The biodigesters deley producing goob biogas  about two months since its installation and first load. 

in some regions, there are two moths with no water. In this case they can use the liquid fertilizer to mix with new fresh cow manure anda load the biodigester. so in these months the liquid fertilizer replaced the water.
The biodigester must be inside a greenhouse. the walls of the green house must be made with pressed sand ('adobe' or 'tapial' in spanish) and this wall have to be 40cm width. this is to take adventage os the thermal mass of the walls for the colds nights.
the plastic is black color, but not to gain solar radiation, if not because we have seen that with black color the durability of the plastic is longer.

I have write design Guide and manual installation about this technology. It is in Spanish, and i hope some one could translate it to English. It is free distribution document.

Please, any question about the technology or the experience we are having for 7 year in Bolivia, don't doubt to ask. As well, in Peru is beginning to installation this kind of biodigester.
