I forgot to answer about the broken bottle, sorry.
this is a security valve. the gas line is divided, one pipe go to the kitchen and the other is introduced in the bottle. This bottle conteins water, and the pipe must be inseide the water for 8 to 13 cm. Is the biodigester produces biogas and no one consume it, by this valve the gas can go out (pushing the water inside the pipe) with out the air come inside the system.
the boottle have a hole to pt more water when it evaporates.
Keep in contact

And the biogas production is estimated on 700-750 liters of biogas. this amount of biogas is enough for 4-5 hour of cooking. Also they can use a gas for light with a gas lamp.

> The biodigester must be inside a greenhouse. the walls of the green house must be made with pressed sand ('adobe' or 'tapial' in spanish) and this wall have to be 40cm width. this is to take adventage os the thermal mass of the walls for the colds nights.
