[Digestion] biodigester construction in Bolivia (Video)

How many of these units have been built? If this is an ongoing programme, 
it might be worth putting it up for an Ashden Award (www.ashdenawards.org). 
I was in La Paz, Bolivia 2 years ago (March 2006) looking at a micro-hydro 
programme on behalf of the Ashden Awards (it unfortunately did not get a 
prize - the systems were seen as too expensive). There are several 
programmes on biogas in different parts of the world that are getting 
prizes, if you look at the list of past winners

We do have a Spanish translator, so the forms called be written in Spanish. 
Unfortunately, it is too late for this year's awards, but if the project is 
working successfully, you can start the process next September for the 2009 
awards.

The video looks very interesting.
