Hi David.
There are now about 350 low cost biodigesters installed in Bolivia. But now the GTZ (finances Netherlands) have a big program for the next three years, we are thinking in 2000 or 3000 biodigesters for 2010, depends on the demand and answer from the rural families. We are making alliances with small scale farmers associations interested in biodigester.
the cost on material of a biodigester is 170 $us in atiplane; 140 $us in valley; and 120$us at tropical areas.
Thanks for the link http://www.ashdenawards.org/. i dint knew about this before. we will be looking to appaly for next year....thanks a lot1
Keep in contact
