[Digestion] Biogas in Iraq

I'm attempting to locate a US biogas engineering firm
or NGO or non-profit interested in pursuing a US
Agency for International Development grant to build
small-scale, neighborhood-level anaerobic digesters
for sewage sludge and food waste co-digestion in
Baghdad, Iraq. The firm or partnership must meet the
criterion of "having recent experience in Iraq or
being capable of realistically deployed to Iraq." The
grants range from $2.5 million to $25 million US.

The grant opportunity closes on Aug. 31. I'd be happy
to write the grant, if I could get some research help.

The digesters need to be very simple, low-tech designs
either build-in-place or prefabricated to serve
approximately 10,000 households each and co-digest
food waste that is manually pretreated and input. They
need to be easily managed by local folks.

If you know of anyone, including any educational
institutions, who would could qualify or are
interested in joining a partnership that could
qualify, please let me know as soon as possible.
