[Digestion] Biogas funding opportunity

Hi All, 

Wanted to pass along a US AID funding opportunity for
Methane to Markets projects in selected countries.
Someone on this list asked me about funding in India
before, and India is one of the countries on the list.
The grants range from $100,000 USD to $700,000 USD and
proposals are due by Dec. 8 (regardless what the
website says, I talked to US AID on the phone). They
are available to any US non-profit organization,
business, city or university. 

The funding opportunity number is 
M-OAA-GRO-EGAS-07-063-MTM 

I will be pursuing one of these grants with the
University of Oregon for either Mexico, Ecuador or
Columbia. Mexico in the winter... hmmm.
