[Digestion] cheap digester

Hello All,

my name is Volker Aschmann and I work at the Institute of Agricultural
Engineering and Animal Husbandry in Bavaria (Germany). We are occupied with
Biogas since a long time. 
Now we are looking for a simple technical solution for a plug-flow or full
mixed digester (no batch system), which can be built in the asian region
with a small budget. Especially we are interested in digester designs,
pumping systems and cheap combined heat and power units (for example 40
kWh).
We would be very lucky, if you can give us some ideas. May be there are
already some solutions in practice.
