OK -- let's see if I can find the time to complete a minor mission in this
direction.

First -- a little note -- Doug is on a life mi8ssion almost the exact same
as mine -- that is engineering converted to medicine.

I take it from what little he has spoken on that subject -- he is doing
well. So am I.

You see folks -- t5he "time" for innovation has come and gone -- our new
world order is all about "profits" -- not adding to the pie -- just slicing
it finer.

The only reason I still whistle a tune every now and then is for self
entertainment -- as I greatly suspect there never will be applications --
or rather -- not from within this modern world -- the Barbarians of the so
called great Western Civilizations -- have lost it completely.

If Dou7gh is anything like me -- what frustrates the most is seeing Young
Turks like Drew so fixated on false beliefs -- that being that innovation
is still a profitable endeavor.

OK -- let me whistle up this tune for you all --

The sliding abutment rotary compressor -- converting it to a rotary engine??

1st -- why bother -- they already believe they have the perfect device --
the scroll compressor!!

Or if your rich -- the turbo extractor.

So why bother??

Well -- here is the review to why.

There is a total lack of understanding among these list members that I am
about to present this "paper" to about expansion ratio and super heat.

No matter how hard I attempt to paint that picture -- nobody can see the
presentations -- so be it.

Consider this -- from now on -- pure black magic then -- OK??

Black magic point #1:

In any liquid to vapor thermal power transaction your over all efficiency
increase the mo0re you can super heat the vapor part -- over and above
boiling.

One adjusts super heat in the boiler -- by the maximum temperature of the
exiting vapor state -- and by the "density" of that vapor state.

Ergo -- if I boil water at 50 psi -- 281 F -- then pass that steam --
through a super heater -- raising the final temperature to 800 F -- but
keeping the pressure still at 50 psi -- I have added energy as only
"superheat"

OK -- Black magic #2:

To extract in full efficiency that extra energy packed into the super heat
one needs high expansion ratios!!

If no high expansion ration -- no extraction -- the heat goes out to the
condenser side -- efficiencies "suck" (nice pun - -eh??)

Those big steam powerplants with their incredible over all system
efficiencies get those by following this "magic" -- OK??

The expand steam through many stages - -and these turbines have to be
specifically designed for one state of steam -- for ever!!

That all being a very complicated and very expensive process -- ergo -- you
can't do it "small" --

However -- "history" shows us it can be done -- and even better than in a
turbine -- using the Uniflow steam engine design.

What is a Uniflow??

A single stage expansion unit where vapors expand from full pressure to
below ambient (vacuum on condenser) all in one "expansion" and all in one
direction!!

(Oh my -- more heavy black magic you all have to accept -- eh??)

Just remember but one thingy -- this magic is proven to work -- over and
over again.

Since it is impossible to get you to understand the very real science about
all this -- please just have good faith and accept it as black magic. I
will answer no arguments on this subject from any of you -- accept is
working "magic" -- or -- simply put -- delete all my further messages on
this subject!!

Now -- the golden grail -- the ultimate magic wand -- scepter -- so to
speak -- is a device that can achieve 20 to 1 or better expansion ratios in
one pass!!

The old style uniflow reciprocating engines can do exactly this.

The sliding abutment refrigeration compressor will also do 20 to one or
more expansion ratios!!

Now -- another word of advice -- all of those acolytes out there that have
already sold their souls to the scroll compressor -- with it's maximum
expansion ratio od but 3 to 1 -- please -- delete all my me4ssages that
will be coming down the tubes!!

As they will only drive you in a crazy frenzy of spouting dumb-ass comments
that will distract further investigation of the magic along the same lines
as just happened to Doug and his presentations.

Further -- let me warn all of you younger "sorcerers" -- like Doug -- my
time is limited to "waste" -- so I have a spell on my inbox that deletes
all messages from people I assign at server level -- they don't even reach
my computer -- so there!!

That means these "demons" can shout and post a knash their teeth and try
everything -- but it all ends up my not even knowing it -- cause they have
been "banished"!!

I could show this magic to Doug -- 

Now -- find file attached a first picture of this basic unit we are going
to literally open up and explore --

and one last time -- remember -- even look at this a tiny little cross-eyed
-- and you be banished!!

For most of you out there -- I already know this magic is beyond you
abilities to ever comprehend -- so don't test me in regards to teaching you
the spells of it -- I know you are no capable yet -- though maybe in time
-- you could learn -- but to learn -- you need open your minds -- and in
this modern world of inferior magic -- that I do not expect to occur.

For the few adepts out there that can "learn" -- follow well these postings
-- it leads to great enlightenment!!

It also leads to the perfect -- small -- cheap -- highest efficiency "ORC" --

But not steam -- as this magical machine depends in operating in an oil
bath for lubing and sealing -- works with refrigerants -- but not with steam.

Sorry -- but that is how this cookie crumbles!!

I have already posted full details of manufacturer and supply of this
magical machinery -- those that were so foolish to have deleted that
information -- tough titties.

But take my word for it.

The unit is designed to work to 400 F and 600 PSI pressures!!

Here is the picture -- the unit in original configuration was powered -- as
a refrigerant compressor -- by a 3.3 kw electric motor -- so it should be
just as well to consider as a 3.3 kw ORC prime mover -- at 3600 RPM.

Oh -- it weighs in at: 9.5 lbs

In this picture -- your looking into the intake port - -as compressor --
which will be exhaust as "Magical Prime Mover" --

In the following times I will take this device apart -- showing the deep
"magical" functions -- so stay tuned.

and all you young turk "Demons" -- get thee behind me or you shall be
"BANISHED" using the most secure spells you can never undo!!

Last -- I have CC's this to a fellow "sorcerer" that specializes in the
"Magic" of gasifiers. I do hope he at least "lurks" - -as in the end -- I
will be demonstrating how this present Magic can be joined with his Magic
to make a device of unlimited potential to produce (Gasp!!) POWER!!

By using a cheap -- common -- catalytic converter -- which another fellow
Sorcerer has already cast the spells on and proven as new "magic" that
works in directly converting producer gas to heat -- at 94% and greater
efficiencies -- plus "eating" the tars and spitting those out as heat to!

Thus greatly simplifying the magic of sorcerers such as Doug -- looking for
more power -- from their own magical devices.

And remember -- what is magic to "primitives" is simply science to others.

If the God's of mail list lands do not allow this magical formulation
through due to file attachments -- then tough titties to all --
