..erm, _staying_ at 375 with a light load might be ok, 375 with an heavy
load will mash your con rod 'n crank shaft bearings a bit harder. Make
sure you pump enough lube to carry the load, or you'll gnaw away metal.
..thumping away at 375 and an annual or less 850 run-up might give you
an annual piston ring puzzle to solve. ;o) Baseload at 375 and 850
runs at least once a day should be no problem.

glow plugs. ;o)

..modellers use electronic glow plug drivers, these sense the filament
temperature and backs off on the glow power.
