I have one, about the same size, but it's much older. Not a by-pass clam and 
doesn't rotate past 360 degrees ( maybe less than 180 one way). It was/is a 
John Deere RotoBoom.

It's on the back of a 1950's army 6x6 (2.5 ton). I also snow plow my drive way 
with this rig. It needs to be converted to woodgas. Boy, is this thing a gas 
hog!
