WITHIN THE LIST ARE AGAINST OR IN FAVOR OF OFF TOPIC MATERIAL??... I REALLY 
DON'T CARE IF THERE IS OFF TOPIC STUFF IN THE MAIL SINCE IT IS GENERALLY 
LESS THAN 2% OF THE OVERALL CONTENT AND MOST OF THE TIME THERE IS 
INTERESTING STUFF RUNNING ALONG... SO PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AND LETS GET OVER
