No tar, and my gas still burned.  ;o)

..a wee strike in Norwegian banks has blown up into a full scale
banking lockout, stalling all transfer of money thru norw. banks, their
scheme is "emergency government intervention", so chk with your hotel
or mosque or hawala partner etc, or carry cash or  good old fashion
cheques.
