    I just figured it to be in the same realm as the "spark plugs" I
saw at the EAA show a few years ago -- they converted water into H and
O and then ignited same. "Run your car on water!"
     Some really interesting ideas at the EAA show -- a lot that
doesn't get off the ground tho.   8-)
