Dear list

 

I think I can clear this matter up. It very much seems to me that you are
referring to the arbitrarily made rule on retention time for products of
combustion (flue gas) from waste incineration plants, which is 2 sec.
retentiontime in more than 850 centigrade. You can deviate from this if you
can prove that your flue gas does not hold dioxins under different
conditions.
