[Gasification] cold/hot gas efficiency

Dear Mario,

The output from a gasifier has two forms of energy. The first form is the gas.
In order to release this energy you will need to burn the gas. The other form
of energy is the sensible heat of the gas, yes, the gas leaving a gasifier is
HOT. Careful, you may burn yourself! It is more efficient to use the hot gas.
If you have to cool the gas before using it, the gasifier is less efficient.

Hope this helps.

Jeff
