[Gasification] ..back to defining gasification

I agree whole heartedly that the label "Gasifier" should never be
limited to fuel production or anything else for that matter.
Aside from screwing the folks who put in the countless thousands of
hours of real work on "Non-fuel" gasifiers, we have no idea what new
devices or uses for gasification are yet to be discovered
In my view one small sub group hijacking the label is indefensible for
any reason.

However I would consider an incinerator a type of gasifier.
