[Gasification] drying problem

Hi everybody!!
We are about to start operate a gasifier to produce electric energy, with an Ankur wood gasifier that requires a moisture content less than 20%, maybe 15%!
Someone has an idea about how dry this wood?
Is it possible to convoy exhaust gases from the engine and use them for drying wood? 
Do you know other affordable ways?
