[Gasification] International workshop sponsored by Chinese Government Aug 1-20, 2006

[Biomass Gasification]

Dear Mr. or Mrs.

 

I am a research fellow in the field of biomass gasification technology and
now work in Liaoning Institute of Energy Resources of China. I always visit
the Gasification website and find it is helpful for my work, several years
ago, I have bought some useful books from Thomas Reed, the books had greatly
improved our work.

 

Now we will hold an International Workshop on Biomass Gasification Principle
and Its Application, August 1-20, 2006. The workshop is sponsored by Chinese
Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) is mainly for developing
countries, and its objectives are as follows: 

 

1) To introduce methods and experiences for the exploitation utilization of
Biomass gasification and;

2) To exchange technology and experiences in the field of biomass
gasification technology;

3) To promote the cooperation on introducing appropriate technology,
technology transfer, new product development;

4) To promote the cooperation in joint research projects as well as
education and training of biomass gasification technology.
