How about 12 VDC and 30 amps?

Paul, I really must have an indication of what is the maximum you can afford
to pay for such a package, and I really must have an estimate of the
quantity you could sell at that price.
I designed and built such a generator system, except that it was driven by a
2 cycle engine, had electric start, and an automatic controller for starting
the engine when a battery bank was low. For your application you would not
require the electric start and automatic control features, but you would
require a gasifier and ancillary equipment.
As a preliminary estimate, the engine would have a bore of 60 mm, a stroke
of 60 mm, it would consume about .90 kG charcoal per hour. I can't tell you
anything about cost until I get your volume estimate. The more your market
can afford to pay, the more helpful goodies I can add. (Status gages,
controls, carburetor automation, inverter, etc
Best wishes,
Kevin
