[Gasification] Help needed for PROTOTYPE DESIGN..

Dear Sir/Madam,
   
  My project is totally TECHNOLOGY ORIENTED STUDY.
   
  i am basically doing the project on DESIGNING OF A PROTOTYPE COAL GASIFIER & ANALYSING ITS PERFORMANCE WITH NORTH EASTERN (INDIAN) COAL.
   
  the design will be based on either LURGI / TEXACO or combine of both.
   
  the SYNGAS produced from it will under go some kind of ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY TESTING as NORTEASTERN COAL contains high amount of SULPHUR as compared to th rest.
   
  the project also includes some SIMULATION part, that is design of a VIRTUAL POWER PLANT.
   
  That Sir, I now need some guidlines regarding PROTOTYPE DESIGN part. if possilble, with some previously done DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS for getting an idea of whole design process. 
   
  I would be back with more specific features of my project.
