[Gasification] making pellets

Mark, Jeff, Kevin and list,
   
  Before discussion moves on I ask......if lignin flows like plastic at 300 degf., would higher heat hold more energy and liquify the lignin, whereby less pressure would be required?  Doesn't Dura-flame add wax to act as a lower temp. binder?  What other low temp binders are available that make economic sense?
