A fan is the means of survival here -- that or a hammock side of the sea.
I am researching new Chinese fans -- PM motors -- specially designed blades
-- uses half the energy of conventional fans.
Dropping energy consumption of "FANS" on a global scale -- alone -- would
probably save the world from this present energy crisis.
It is all so ridiculous -- look at the money being thrown around -- yet
none of it helping in a real manner.
Do to misbegotten political beliefs -- nothing less.
Long live consumerism -- that is our death sentence!
We nee spend time with energy conservation first -- then look to
alternative production methods after.
Hey -- your in a one room cabin -- a very hard winter is coming -- yout
have a fixed amount of fuel to survive through the winter heating it.
You can heat that cabin at 80 F or you can heat it to but 65 F
You have measures the insulation factors -- know from past experience --
At 80 F you run out of fuel by January -- and freeze to death as a result.
At 65 F you have enough to last the entire winter.
So -- two cabins -- one is the modern politically perfect American one.
There they maintain the heat at 80 F -- believing they will find new and
unique sources of fuel energy before they run out.
Then you have Cabin B -- there they turn down the heat to 65 -- making sure
they will survive the winter -- then they consider alternatives.
And when they do survive through to the next spring -- that summer they
insulate their cabin well!! Put in a more efficient stove -- do some tree
farming to make sure their fuel supply is sustainable -- etc - -etc.
Simple example -- but one that so few can understand.
