I don't think it is being presented as logical in that respect, just for
quarterly results for the corporations, those amoral immortals that can
fight on both sides of a war and win.  For precedents of illogical
behaviour leading to societal collapse, you could go ponder the Mayan ruins
in your neighborhood.

Bob -- American correct political mass media programming says the Maya dies
out because they were just to bad.

Hard science says it was due to a very severe 100 year drought.

That same drought wiped out a number of civilizations at that time -- 1000
to 1100 -- around the globe.

course we all know that superior intelligence -- superior technology -- and
being the chosen people on top of everything else -- a 100 year drought
would not wipe out the US (please ignore Katrina and NOLA behind the
curtain!!)

The Europeans believe that same mass media you do -- hell -- they probably
started the mis-info to begin with!! (I could tell you exactly how and why
-- but I have other books need writing first -- OK??)

Further -- some Maya actually figured it out -- and split to a very special
place here in Belize -- to survive through that 100 year drought -- then
from there they came out after and re-established their civilization once
more.

Bad luck for them though -- cause the europeans landed (Spanish) and in 35
years 85% of their population was gone due to diseases introduced by the
Spanish to clear the playing fields.

(Favorite neat little trick -- giving blankets that were infected as
presents -- Gee -- suppose that would work in Iraq today??)

However -- I can understand "perfectly" why it is so important for modern
industrialized peoples -- all descended of European barbarian blood -- to
have to believe every time they go take a dumb it does not stink -- 

They are real big into denial.

Bottom line is tough though.

In real terms and real time no amount of self denial is going to save you
folks from these bad ways you all have so universally adopted.

Up until 15 years back -- this village I live in -- Xaibe" was still very
civilized Maya.

But their final blow that has knocked them out -- I almost believe totally
-- started about then -- Cable TV got here --

Now we to will starve to death be there even the tiniest of screw ups!!

Heck -- we even got crack whores now - -see how we have adopted modern
ameircan Life -- your proud -- right??

So be content -- your going down -- but your taking much of the rest of the
human species with you.

Keep believing the crap they tell you to believe -- that Maya were bad
cannibals -- I certainly would not like to have to change my opinions about
how lost you all are at this late date.

America perfected double speak and mass media -- and has programed their
people to a level of gorss ignorance beyond what any nation of mankind has
ever been able to accomplish before -- yet all the citizens stay convinced
they are on top of everything.

Amazing -- 

This exuse of a social order can only survive as long as plentiful
resources exist -- easy for the taking.
