[Gasification] Plastic waste gasifier

I'm looking for a gasifier to be fed with following fuel:

5.500 t/yr plastic waste
composed of:

   - 4.000 t/yr PTE plastic in pieces (<150 mm)
   - 1.500 t/yr pulverized plastic (1-3 mm)

LHV: 5.600 kcal/kg (dry)
Moisture content (average): 20%
In the waste there could be a very small amount of PVC plastic.
The syngas would be fed to internal combustion engines or burned in a boiler
of ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) with turbine.
Mixing with other fuels (such as wood chips) is not acceptable.

Any idea/suggestion?
