[Gasification] blower suggestions?

Greetings Daniel and list members,
Daniel I've Bcc'ed you as well, so you might get 2 copies....
Anyhow,
Daniel to answer your questions.
Gas is still well above 300f when testing in the summer, and around 60f in
the dead of winter ( minus 40c ) by the time it reaches the blower.
The entire blower is "pot metal" (zinc), tin and steel, do NOT even
consider the types that have a plastic housing.....
I've been using the same blower for over 5000 hours of tests..... NO
cleanings, NO teardowns, NO inspections, NO problems......
(hehehe... remember "really clean gas....."..)
Gasifiers output is controlled ONLY by blower fan speed.... (the cheap
dimmer switch) the motor is a "brush" type, therefore much like a 110v
variable speed drill..

Greg, I've meant to ask you about photo ever since I saw it (which was
some time ago!).
Is it a central vac motor, or from something else?
In your photo, how hot was the gas by the time it got to the suction
blower? (since I can see any cooling, other than that from the ~10' or
so of bare metal pipe)
Are the blower's impeller, housing, bearings etc able to handle that
temp for extended periods of time? (I know you made quite a number of
endurance runs)
Do you control your gas flow rate entirely by varying the blower motor's
speed, or do you also throttle it?
Cheers,
