[Gasification] Liquid melt gray iron transportation

 Company The Hübner Group in briefing will initiate the workmanships of first implantation of siderurgical of iron gusa for casting in the South region of Brazil, in the Industrial District Cyro Martins in Thick Tip, in a land of 1,1 million m2 (30% of the which area of preservation). With initial capacity to produce 8 a thousand tons monthly, the objective of this investment is to optimize the productivity of the Casting Hübner and Hübner Casting - Odd Unit, that will consume about 35% of the iron gusa produced. The remain will be vendido for other castings of the South of the country, that currently buy the product of suppliers of Minas Gerais. Besides guaranteeing to the Hübner Group the control of plus a segment of the productive chain, new the siderurgical one will cause reduction of costs and reduction of the dependence of external suppliers. Due to distance of only 18 km of the two castings of the Group, the iron-gusa will be delivers, in these two companies, in the
 liquid state, eliminating the phase of fusing of the material, that will imply in significant economy of electric energy. In the same way, it will have a reduction of expenses with the transport, that is one of the main factors that weigh on the final cost of the product. The investment in the new plant will increase the iron production gusa of the Group, that also operates the Hübner Siderurgy - Unit Minas Gerais, in Is Gonçalo of Pará - MG, with production of 3,5 a thousand tons to the month. Has anyone considered preheating the incoming air with the exhaust
gasses from the fire and a heat exchanger?
