 Jim and list,

I've gone that route, even signed up with "eng-tips.com" (engineers tips)
to attempt some form of knowledge on heat exchangers only to be told time
and time again..... " an engineer can design that for you..."

my heat exchanger knowledge is less than desired. does anyone have
high value literature suggestions for heat exchanger design?
particularly in the high temp gas to gas and steam boiler world?

i imagine there is a standard reference work that i should be directed
to. the ones previously suggested for fluidized beds and drying were
deeply rewarding. hopefully someone can offer a similarly well chosen
title in this realm.

thanks in advance.

jim
