[Gasification] grid tie

New York state ( and I believe most others) now have requirements for 
grid tieing that the utility companies have to follow including paying 
for power fed back.  There are safety features involved, I think the 
tieing mechanism has to be UL approved also. I had been trying to get a 
system up but got tired of the hassle with lack of qualified installers 
(seems like the state licenses them but don't require that they actually 
do anything) and the length of time for payback so gave up.  I'll just 
watch the BIG turbines work - 67 going up this year in my area.
