IMO, this statement needed to be more specific. Then I read further and found:
"...direct your efforts towards finding the best uses for it, maybe in combination with other renewable sources."
Absolutely. Wind and solar together: (IMHO) The whole is greater than the sum of their parts when considering consistency of service. But, take it a step further and consider the potential number of places where wind and solar facilities can be built. The more renewables are used, the more stable the grid becomes.
But now I'm beginning to think that I'm off topic. So, I'll stop unless told otherwise.
