Hello, I need some assistance with my China Diesel (%$#&^%) which 
looks exactly the same as yours. It seems to have blown the bushing 
around the crank where the handle is used to manually turn the engine.
The bottom of the cover is cracked and oil spewed out of the side and 
from the bottom. I wonder if this can be repaired and if you have the 
parts, or do I need to replace the engine. If so, how much and for 
shipping to Florida (33317)? Please help.(this is for my father who is a
veteran like yourself).
