Checkout the "tow mixer". Chuck in a heap of paper and water, tow it 
around for a couple of kilometers and you have virtually instant paper 
mache, just perfect  for fireballs. Make up a set of moulds, maybe 2" 
square, in a large grid and you can make hundreds of cubes in one go.

They are making papercrete building blocks, but the system would work 
perfectly for gasifier fodder, you could even mix in chaff cut switch 
grass, or other additives, real easy.
