[Gasification] "ecogas" defined

Perhaps not but they are "woody" aren't they?
Thermal gasification feedstocks seem to have the single characteristic
that they have significant lignin content. Perhaps they could be called
lignogas?
Since they are all made from thermally made feedstocks, they could
equally be called "thermogas". "Thermogas is much more descriptive of
the source, and production method employed to make it.
I personally think "ecogas" is an unhelpful name. To me, it is as
uninformative and as unhelpful in describing the source or production
method for the gas, as if it was called "greengas."
