[Gasification] "ecogas" defined

Kevin, thanks for providing the term "greengas" which could include 
BOTH biogas
and ecogas.

Therefore, the "greengases" are made from biomass, either wet (for biogas) or
dry (for ecogas).  Yes, these terms ARE helpful.
