  No kidding! But what we see happening here with the net-metering will
become the norm in the entire developed world, and not too long from
now, I'm quite sure. Maybe not in France, with all their nukes, I guess,
but most places. What choice will they have? They'll all be desperate
for ANY source of additional energy when oil is $10-15 @ gallon and
natural gas mostly gone as well. I'm not sure what the prospects for
nat-gas supplies are in Europe in the next decade or two but is sure is
dismal for North America. And coal is looking like it will peak fairly
soon two -- China has about 25 years before it hits peak coal.
